Refund and Returns Policy
Our business model includes digital products and no physical products . On buying a Course you will be given access to the online platform where the courses will be available for you . Once a purchase is made , we will not be able to refund you the money as you will have received the credentials for accessing the course .
You can still contact the support team at email@example.com and they will be able to assist you with the refund or change of course [If eligible].
The support team will be able to assist you in the following scenarios.
- Wrong course has been purchased . We will set it right for you provided the cost for the course remains same .
- No mail received with the credentials . Our support team will look into the matter as soon as the issue has been raised.
- Forgot credentials after changing the password.
1.1. The total cost is due when you place your order, No Additional costs are involved in the purchase of that specific course.
1.2. We currently accept payment for orders by bank transfer, UPI, Stripe, Paypal or most credit / debit cards.
1.3. If you decide to cancel your order , we are unable to offer a refund, as all items are digital products are already given access.
1.4. If a course is bought , the credentials to access the course is automatically generated and provided to the user in their respective mail and additionally a link to access the course will be provided in the my courses section of the account page .
1.5. Once your order has been placed and is confirmed, a cancellation cannot be initiated. If an error occurs from the customer . i.e . Buying a wrong course, you can contact the team from the contact section and our team will assist you in getting the issue fixed.
2.1. All the products that are listed on the website are digital products and are given access to as soon as you purchase the course. There is no option to return the purchase that is already made . But you can ask for the enrolment cancellation through the contact page as soon as the purchase is made. And we will sort it out for you.
2.2. If you are entitled to a refund, goscore will refund your payment via, credit, debit or bank transfer. Under no circumstances will goscore offer refunds in cash.
